This special boiler uses a natural circulation + multi-stage evaporator redundant design (four-channel dual evaporator + five-channel superheater) to stably output 1.2MPa, 220℃ saturated steam (fluctuation range ±10℃) in a wide temperature range of 1200℃ to 200℃, meeting the pressure-sensitive process requirements of the steam pipeline network of chemical plants. One to four-channel membrane water-cooled walls form a distributed evaporation unit, which is combined with a five-channel three-stage economizer to preheat the feed water to 137℃, ensuring that the evaporation system has low thermal inertia and fast response; the vertical structure + open-air layout solution reduces the plant area by 30%, which is suitable for the renovation of old plant areas.
