This incinerator is designed for the scenario of waste gas resource utilization + natural gas backup energy supply. The incinerator adopts a dual-fuel intelligent switching combustion system (waste gas dedicated burner + natural gas redundant interface) to achieve a dynamic balance between waste gas treatment and steam co-production. Through the four-stage gradient heat exchange architecture (furnace water-cooled wall → high/low temperature superheater → dual evaporator → economizer), the flue gas temperature is gradually reduced from 1200℃ to 158℃, with a thermal efficiency of 92%, and synchronous output of 4.3MPa, 400℃ high-quality superheated steam, which is suitable for industries such as chemical industry and papermaking that require continuous steam supply and contain organic waste gas.
